This Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

How to Return

1.Please notify us via email at info@santoshunto.com before sending the items back.
2.Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging (where applicable).
3.Once we confirm your request, we will provide you with the return address.
4.You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•If approved, we will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

•Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Costs of Return

•You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

•If the goods are faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We understand that sometimes the size or style may not be perfect. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product:
1.Contact us first at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating which item you would like to exchange and what you would like instead.
2.Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
3.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement to you.
 
Costs
•If the exchange is due to a wrong size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
•If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.
 
Availability
 
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit instead.
